Timothy "Tim" Wade Moore

Timothy “Tim” Wade Moore, age 49, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on August 3, 2013. He was born June 30, 1964, in Toledo, Ohio, to Willie and Elaine (Desmond) Moore. Tim was a 1982 graduate of Delta High School.

He was a lifelong carpenter who started at the age of 9, working alongside his father. At the time of his passing, he was the owner of his own company, Tim Moore Construction. Tim was a member of the Swanton American Legion and the VFW in Swanton. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and the company of his friends.

Tim is survived by his parents, Elaine (Kenny) Mohr of Swanton and Willie (Carolyn) Moore of Grand Rapids; his sisters, Kim (Mike) McLaughlin of Risingsun and Peggy Sue (Mark) Cockley of Swanton; and his brother, Tadd (Chris) Moore of Napoleon. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Steve Anderson; Emily Reeves; Will Reeves; TJ Moore; Marissa Kraegel; Robby Eason, and Elizabeth Eason; great nieces, Morgan Anderson and Bella Kraegel; and great nephew, Maddox Anderson, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Tim will be forever missed by his loving family and numerous friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 8th from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home, 204 Chestnut St. in Swanton (419.826.2631) and will continue Friday, August 9th from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Brian Haller officiating. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Visitation: Thursday, August 8th from 5 to 8 pm and Friday, August 9th from 2 to 8 pm at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton

Funeral Services: Saturday, August 10th at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home
