Rita Jane Puczynski

Rita J. Puczynski, age 90, of Holland, Ohio, passed away Monday, February 24, 2014, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born February 17, 1924 in Toledo, to the late Vincent and Theresa (Bryzelak) Puczynski, and was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. Rita was employed at the Credit Bureau of Toledo as a reporter for 36 years.

Rita was a faithful member of St. Hyacinth Parish and its Altar-Rosary Society. She served as Eucharist Minister and helped with funeral luncheons. Rita was known for her delicious Polish coffee cakes and sweet and sour cabbage.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Vincent and sister, Joan.

Services will be held Thursday, February 27th at 10:00 a.m. in the Calvary Mausoleum with Fr. Robert Reinhart presiding.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Hyacinth Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
