Richard David Wozniak

Richard David Wozniak, age 64, of Columbus, Ohio, died Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Kobacker Hospice in Columbus. Richard was raised in Swanton, Ohio by his adopted parents, Leonard and Armenda "Min" (Degenfelder) Wozniak. Richard graduated from Swanton High School and enlisted in the United States Navy.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; and is survived by his sister, Pamela Sue Wozniak of Savannah, Georgia.

Graveside services, with Military Rites, will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at East Swanton Cemetery.
