Richard Alan Mosiniak, age 54, of Swanton, Ohio, entered into Eternal Life, Sunday, December 26, 2010. He was born July 24, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio to John and Gwen (Bloom) Mosiniak. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in Accounting. On April 30, 1983, he married his beloved wife, Mary Jo West.

Richard owned and operated the former Town & Country Tax Service in Adrian, Michigan. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Parish in Assumption and was very involved with the Evergreen Youth Association. He actively participated and coached his kids sports and being involved with their 4-H projects. Richard was very proud of his children’s many achievements and he thought highly of his strong, cherished wife. He enjoyed woodworking and fixing things around the house.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 27 years, Mary Jo; mother, Gwen; children, Samuel, Megan, and John; siblings, Jennifer (Mike) Gerard, Mary Jo Maguire, Peggy (Andrew) Myers, Donna (Dennis) Cole, Ron (Arlene) Mosiniak, and Larry Mosiniak; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Mass of Resurrection will be held Friday, December 31st at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 2649 US Hwy. 20 in Swanton, where family and friends may gather one hour prior.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Richard Mosiniak Education Fund at any Huntington Bank for his children’s education.
