Peggy J. Nowak

Peggy J. Nowak, age 56, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away in her home, Tuesday, April 26, 2016. She was born July 14, 1959 in Toledo to Robert and Edith "Toby" (Flowers) Simpkins.

Peggy was a Green Bay Packers fan, who also loved bunco, playing bingo, going camping, traveling and shopping.

She is survived by her loving children, Robert J. (Angela) Grove and Janet M. Grove; her pride and joy granddaughter, Amber R. Grove; three step-grandchildren, Nicholas, Makayla and Darrius Navarre; sister, Sandy (Dennis) Amborski; brother, Rick Hemple; as well as many nieces; nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Leonard Nowak; sisters, Trudy and Dawn; and brother, Harold.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 2nd from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home, 204 Chestnut St. in Swanton (419.826.2631), where services celebrating her life will begin at 7:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
