Pamela Ann Houser, age 52, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away Wednesday morning, March 31, 2010 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born May 28, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio to Bruce and Alice (Fox) Wisebaker. On April 6, 1974, she married John Houser.

Pamela worked as a cargo handler for BAX Global in Swanton. She was very active in Girl Scouts for over 30 years. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially gardening, hunting and fishing.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 36 years, John; mother, Alice; daughters, Shannon (Dana) Woods and Jammie (Mark Cassoni) Johnson; grandchildren, Dylan and Cain Leathers; and brothers, Allen and Mark Wisebaker.

Pamela was preceded in death by her father, Bruce.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, April 7th at 4:00 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Swanton Rescue and Deputy Smithmeyer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
