Graveside Services: Friday, July 6th, at 10:00 am at Greenlawn Cemetery in Delta, Ohio

Michael Gus Horvath, age 93, of Whitehouse, Ohio, passed away Sunday morning, July 1, 2012, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Michael was born September 1, 1918 in Toledo, Ohio. He worked at Libbey Owens Ford for 42 years as a glass cutter, retiring in 1981.

He is survived by his sons, Craig Horvath and Glenn (Deborah) Horvath; sisters, Pearl Ray, Margaret Finley, and Shirley Smith; and brothers, Joseph and William Horvath.

Michael was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Belva Horvath; brothers, Robert, David, and Richard Horvath; and sister, Irma Nicholas.

Family and friends may visit Thursday, July 5th from 4 to 7 pm at the Weigel Funeral Home, 204 Chestnut St. in Swanton (419.826.2631). Graveside services will be held Friday, July 6th at 10:00 a.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Delta, Ohio, with Pastor Michael Fortune officiating.

The family expresses their gratitude to Hospice for all the care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551.
