Mary Ann Creps, age 75, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away Monday evening, October 12, 2009 at Toledo Hospital. She was born April 7, 1934 in Swanton, Ohio to Orville and Gladys A. (Green) Niner, Sr. On June 12, 1952, she married Merlin Creps.

Mary worked at Swanton Health Care. She loved helping others. She was a faithful member of Faith Lutheran Church for over 50 years. Mary also loved to travel and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Merlin; children, Merl Creps, Sr., Cathy (Keith) Leady, Mark (Michelle) Creps, Bonnie (David) McCullough; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Alice Martin, Orville (Linda) Niner, Jr., Kathleen Tressler, Irene Tomlin, Louella McFadden and Harry (Charlene) Niner, Sr.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; daughter and son-in-law, Gladys and John Wilson; grandchildren, John Edwards Wilson, Roy Wilson, Aaron Creps; and brother, Peter Niner.

Friends and family may visit Thursday, October 15th from 12 to 8 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 200 Dodge St., in Swanton. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 16th at 11:00 a.m. at the church, with Rev. Brian Haller officiating. Interment will be private.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Faith Lutheran Church.
