Margaret A. Biggs

Margaret A. Biggs, age 82, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away Sunday morning, January 11, 2015, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born January 30, 1932 in Lawrenceville, Illinois to Ralph and Mary (Waggoner) Qualkinbush. On May 29, 1949, she married Estel I. Biggs.

Margaret worked from her home as a hairdresser for 40 years. She was a member of Swanton Elks Lodge #2462 Ladies Auxiliary, and she thoroughly enjoyed going to garage sales.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 65 years, Estel; son, David Biggs of Swanton, OH; daughters, Janet (Gary) Gilbert of Zanesville, OH, Diane (Gary) Phillips of Toledo, OH, and Peggy (Michael) Davis of Bella Vista, AR; 4 grandsons, 2 great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Larry (Denise) Decker; and sister-in-law, Sheila Biggs.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents.

In keeping with Margaret's wishes, she will be cremated and services will be private.
