Lucille Ann Randolph, age 83, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away Friday morning, August 1, 2008, at The Toledo Hospital, following a recent stroke. She was born December 13, 1924 in Marquette, Michigan to Harold and Angeline (Chartier) Robinson. On May 13, 1944, she married Norman Randolph.

Lucille was a homemaker who loved gardening and flowers. She also loved to cook for her family. She enjoyed traveling, camping, and spending time at the cottage in Pennsylvania.

She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Norman; children, Beverly DuBois of Delta, OH, Carol (Norbert) McNett of Sylvania, OH, David (Bonnie) Randolph of Delta, OH, Nancy Reynolds of Sidney, OH and Joyce (Lee) Bolton of Napoleon, OH; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and sister, Donna (Ray) Newsome of Carleton, MI.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; son, Norman Randolph, Jr. and sister, Mary Loraine Nadeau.

Friends and family may visit Monday, August 4th from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home, 413 E. Main St. in Metamora, Ohio (419-644-3601). Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 5th at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Rev. Donna Stutzman officiating. Interment will follow at Winameg Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
