Linda Faith Niner

Linda Faith Niner, age 78, of Delta, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday morning, July 29, 2020.  She was born June 23, 1942 in Toledo, Ohio to Clair Earl and Jeannette (McLasky) McLargin.  Linda married her beloved husband, Orville Niner on December 21, 1962.

Linda was a homemaker raising their seven children.  She was a very active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Delta, singing in the church choir, participated in bible study and the womens group.  Linda enjoyed spending time with family at the cottage on Houghton Lake.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of  58 years, Orville; children, Julie Geesey, Orville III (Karen) Niner, Diana (Kevin) Edwards, Earl Niner, Ann (Dennis) Guess, Michell Niner (Michael Dunning) and Tommy Niner (Carissa Goodwin); 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; her sister, Janice Cheeseman; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Carol Blaesing.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 31st from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home, 204 Chestnut St. in Swanton.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 1st at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Delta with Pastor Matt Voyer officiating.  Interment will follow at Swanton Cemetery.
