Kimberly Lisa Ann Egia, age 26, of Fayette, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at her mother's home in Napoleon. She was born March 8, 1988 in Wauseon, Ohio to Marcos and Glenda (Shuman) Egia. Kimberly was a 2006 graduate of Evergreen High School, and worked as a home care aide.
She is survived by her mother, Glenda Egia (George Crawford); brothers, Michael (Jessie) Egia, Chris (Brandie) Wiles, Cody (Janell) Hyland and Matthew Hyland; sister, Jenalee (Torren) Wiles; paternal grandmother, Lucinda Egia; maternal grandmother, Margaret Shuman (Joe Sandal); uncle, Aaron Shuman; aunts, Jane Egia, Martha Lopez, and Laura Schmuck; cousins, Phillip Garcia, Marcos Ramirez, Andrew Garcia, Asia Schmuck, Maleah Schmuck, and Jared Egia; as well as many nieces, nephews and so many friends she considered her family.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her father, Marcos Egia; paternal grandfather, Jose Egia; maternal grandfather, Henry Shuman; and her aunt, Cassie Wiles.
A memorial gathering celebrating Kimberly's life will be held Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at The American Legion Hall, 9010 Morenci Road, Morenci, MI 49256.
