Kenneth E. Hall

November 18, 1936 — June 11, 2015

Kenneth E. Hall, age 78, of Delta, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly in his home of natural causes, Thursday morning, June 11, 2015. He was born November 18, 1936 in Toledo, Ohio to Gradon and Millie M. (Whelchel) Hall. He married Nancy Antoszewski on November 18, 1968, and together they raised three children.

Kenny was a cement finisher by trade working for several area construction firms over his lifetime. He retired in 1999 from Tri-State Concrete in Assumpion. He was an avid Detroit Lions, Tigers and Red Wings fan, and Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He enjoyed tinkering with various building projects and loved scrapping metal. Kenny will be remembered as an avid drawing artist and oil painter as well, who loved watching western movies, especially the ones featuring John Wayne. His favorite comedy shows that produced a laugh that could be heard throughout the house were Abbot & Costello and the Three Stooges.

Kenny is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Nancy; daughters, Chris Hall and Diane (David) Roe; son, David Hall; grandchildren, Ashley Roe, James Adkins, Amber Roe, Joshua Adkins, Autumn Roe, and Gradon Kenneth Ollie Hall. Also surviving are Kenny's sisters, Margie Wells, Bonnetta Travino, and June (Billy) Broadaway; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Marvin F. Hall; and sisters, Dorothy M. Westfall and Judith Hall.

Family and friends may visit Tuesday, June 16th from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton (419.826.2631). Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 17th at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Ben Sheaffer officiating. Interment will follow at Dutch Ridge Cemetery.

The family extends a heartfelt thank you Kenny's home health care nurse, Tara.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family and directed to a charity of their choosing.

Visitation: Tuesday, June 16th from 2 to 8 pm at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton

Funeral Service: Wednesday, June 17th at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home

Interment: Dutch Ridge Cemetery
