Kathleen Ann Loch, age 61, of Wauseon, Ohio, died Thursday afternoon, February 17, 2011, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. She was born on October 17, 1949, in Toledo, to David “Bud” Taylor and Betty “Peg” (Seal) Holland.
Kathleen worked as a beautician out of her home while raising her children. She was a very social person who loved to talk on the phone with all her friends and family. She was also very active in all the parent organizations. Kathleen had a great love for her animals. She bred boxers, mini dachshunds and yorkie-poos. Kathleen was an avid photographer. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends playing cards.
Kathleen is survived by her parents, Bud Taylor and Peg Holland, sons, Daniel and Jimi Loch; brothers, Richard, Chris, Jeff, Matt and Jamie; sisters, Karen, Becky and Regan; and Special Friend, Roy.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her son, David Loch; sister RaeAnn, and step-mothers, Daphne and Grace.
Friends and family may visit Friday, February 25th from 2 to 8 p.m. with a prayer service beginning at 7:30 p.m., at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton (419-826-2631). Visitation will continue Saturday, February 26th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at Marygrove, 1750 Raab Rd., where a Mass of Resurrection will begin at 12:00 (Noon), with Fr. Ron Schock officiating. Interment will follow at Marygrove Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
