Jeremy J. Ornatowski, age 31, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, April 5, 2008. Jeremy was born May 16, 1976 in Tawas City, Michigan. Jeremy was a loving husband, papa, son, grandson, brother and nephew.

Jeremy loved his family, fishing, traveling, target shooting and billiards. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kristen; son, Marcus Antonio Davis; parents, Jeannie and Stanley Donovan; brother, Stuart Donovan; sisters, Jamie (John Evans) McCormick, Jennifer Hunt, Jordan Hall, Aimee Hunt and Ashley Cooper; mother-in-law, Barbara Hepfinger; father and mother-in-law, Robert E. and Rebecca Faylor; grandparents, James and Beverly Reprogal, Eugene and Elaine Ornatowski, Barb Donovan and Robert R. Faylor; as well as nephew, Lil’ John and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends and family may visit Tuesday, April 8th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton (419-826-2631). Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 9th at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Patricia Desandro officiating. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
