Jennifer Lynn Piorkowski

Jennifer Lynn Piorkowski, age 43, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away Tuesday afternoon, October 6, 2015, at The University of Toledo Medical Center, while awaiting a kidney transplant. She was born March 18, 1972 in Toledo, Ohio to Edward A. and Patti A. (Tarr) Piorkowski. Jennifer was a 1991 graduate of Central Catholic High School, and on March 17, 2001, married Bryan Miller.

Jennifer's hobbies included collecting and reading books, deer watching, and she loved her cats and dog.

Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 14 years, Bryan Miller; parents, Edward and Patti Piorkowski; mother-in-law, Vi (Pat "Ski") Grzybowski; brothers, Joe (Amy) Piorkowski and Chuck (Jill) Piorkowski; best friend and sister-in-law, Jessica (Ken) Reau; brother-in-law, Victor (Sandy) Miller, sisters-in-law, April Lowe, Angela Davis and Andrea Hudson; as well several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may visit Thursday, October 15th from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home, 204 Chestnut St. in Swanton (419.826.2631), where a memorial service will begin at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Donna Stutzman officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Kidney Foundation.
