Jennifer E. Moore

Jennifer E. Moore, age 41, loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister, passed away peacefully, Sunday morning, May 24, 2015 in her Swanton home, following a valiant 3-year battle with lymphoma cancer. She was born March 4, 1974 in Wauseon, Ohio to William Damaske and Karen (Whitmore) Cooley. Jennifer was a 1992 graduate of Swanton High School and graduate of Lourdes University.

Jennifer was Chief Financial Officer at Tri-County Block and Brick in Swanton, and was a member of the Swanton Alliance Church. When she wasn't spending time with her family, she enjoyed scrap booking with friends. She was a very crafty person and had a knack for planning special events as well. Jennifer also had a great love of music; she played the piano, saxophone, flute, and clarinet.

Jennifer will be remembered for her unwavering resilience and strength to battle cancer. She will be greatly missed by her loving and devoted husband of 18 years, Gary; precious daughter, Joelle; parents, Karen and Roger Cooley; siblings, Robert Cooley, Wendy (Tim) Nijakowski, Angela (Michael) Holmes, Donavan (Jennifer) Cooley, Hans (Cheryl) Damaske, Tim (Gretchen) Cooley; half sister and half brother, Stevie Damaske and Scott Damaske;father-in-law, Gary Moore; mother-in-law, Carolyn Moore; as well as many aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces and nephews.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, William Damaske; grandparents, William and Loretto Damaske, Harold and Norma Whitmore, and Forrest and Roberta Cooley.

Family and friends may visit Thursday, May 28th from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 29th at 11:00 a.m. at the Swanton Alliance Church. Graveside services will be held Friday at 3:00 p.m. at Lockport Cemetery in Stryker, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to Swanton Alliance Church, Holy Trinity Catholic Schools, or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
