Helen S. Buck, age 91, of Metamora, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at Swanton Health Care & Retirement Center, where she resided for the past 7 years. She was born June 10, 1919 in Toledo, Ohio to Edward and Anna (Marik) Doley. On November 23, 1944 she married Harold Buck; he preceded her in death on February 13, 1993. Helen was a lifelong homemaker.

Helen was a former member of the Metamora United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her loving children, Eddie (Brenda) Buck, Brooksville, FL, and Kenneth (Janet) Buck, Swanton, OH; grandchildren, Shelly (Alan) Gladieux, and Jennifer (Mark) Chapman; great-grandchildren, CJ, Lindsey, Bronsen, and Kitsen.

Helen is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and several brothers and sisters.

Services will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Metamora Volunteer Fire Department or the Swanton Heath Care Bird Aviary.
