Donald James Rossman

Donald Rossman passed away Friday, November 2, 2012 at the age of 27. Don was a graduate of Swanton High School and Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He was an employee of Stanley Steamer of Toledo. Don had also been a student of St. Patrick’s of Heatherdowns. He loved all electronics, parties, and his friendship group.

He leaves behind his grieving family: father, David Rossman and stepmother, Diana Aldrich; mother, LaDonna and stepfather, Earl Luppe; sisters, Jessica Tomasi (John), Stacy Aldrich-Mapes ( Justin); brothers, James (J.C.) Skelding, John Wilson, and Jeremiah Aldrich; grandparents, Gerald Rossman, Opsie Callis, and Sylvia Stacy.

As an organ donor, Donnie has saved many lives and enhanced the lives of even more. The family requests in place of flowers or donations that each person takes one moment to tell a family member how important they are to them. For our family that would be a gift that would honor Donnie and give our family the most comfort.

Family and friends may visit Friday, November 9th from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home, 204 Chestnut St. in Swanton (419.826.2631). A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home.
