Diana Lee Wozniak, age 61, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 27, 2011 at the Swanton Health Care Center. She was born January 25, 1950 in Wauseon, Ohio to the late Anthony Benedict and Gertrude Mae (Scott) Wozniak.

Diana was a 1968 graduate of Swanton High School and worked as a switchboard operator at Fulton County Health Center for 42 ½ years. She was a member of Wilkins Road United Methodist Church and enjoyed doing latch hook, needlepoint, and various crafts.

Diana is survived by her sisters, Sharron (John) Burke of Holgate, OH, Robin Wozniak of Swanton, OH, and Janet Wozniak of Lexington, KY; aunt, Armanda “Minnie” Wozniak; several cousins; special friends, Sue Trembach and Ellie Bixler; and special little dog, Toby.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, June 20, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton, where visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Inurnment will be at Ottokee Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Swanton Health Care Resident Christmas Fund, Oddyssey Hospice, or a charity of your choice.
