Chloe Louise Smallman

Chloe Louise Smallman, age 87 of Swanton, Ohio, passed away early Monday morning, July 1, 2019 in her home. She was born April 22, 1932 in Lyons, Ohio to Walter L. and Elizabeth Caroline (Morley) Nichols. She married Frank William Smallman, Sr. and he preceded her in death on December 2, 2018. Chloe was a homemaker  and worked for Brick's Greenhouse. She was a member of Delta Church of Christ. She is survived by her children, Frank (Bonnie) Smallman, Jr., Steven (Mary Jo) Smallman, Walter (Diane) Smallman, Terry (Dr. Christine) Smallman, Dennis (Alice) Smallman, Sandra Harmon (Gilbert Rodriguez) and Rex (Ann) Smallman; 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister, Naomi (Robert) Dunbar. Chloe was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband, Frank; and granddaughter, Katie Smallman. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, July 3rd from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home, 413 E. Main St. in Metamora, where  funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Dave Underwood presiding. Interment will follow at Amboy Township Cemetery.
