Charles W. Barnhart

Graveside Services: Saturday, July 18th at 11 am at Sharples Cemetery

Charles W. Barnhart, age 71, of Allen, Texas, formerly of Swanton, Ohio, passed away peacefully Friday afternoon, July 3, 2015 in Plano, Texas. He was born March 22, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio to Walter and Edna (Downey) Barnhart. On November 1, 1969 he married Janet Winterfeld.

Charles worked as a service technician for Diebold retiring in 2010.

Charles is survived by his loving wife Janet; sons, George and Andrew Barnhart; and grandson, Kevin Barnhart.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Edna Barnhart and sister Iva Gollan.

Family and friends may visit Friday, July 17th from 5-8 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton (419.826.2631). Graveside services will be held at Sharples Cemetery on Saturday, July 18th at 11 a.m..

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or the Toledo Museum of Arts.
