Billie Milton Ramer, age 80, of Swanton, Ohio, passed away Monday, November 1, 2010, at The Toledo Hospital. He was born February 20, 1930 in Montpelier, Ohio, to the late Wesley and Agnes (Turney) Ramer. He was a United States Army veteran.

He is survived by his beloved wife of Nancy, Son, Phillip (Katherine) Ramer, daughter, Billie Sue Neitzke, son, Jeffrey (Brenda) Ramer, daughter, JoAnn Ramer; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Mary Russell, Pat Gibson, and David Pankhurst. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Doug; father-in-law, Ira Brown, and grandparents, Phil and Grace Ramer.

Friends and family may visit Thursday, November 4th from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 5, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Brian Haller officiating. Interment will follow at Swanton Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Swanton Fire and Rescue.
